The world building and history in this book has been a roller coaster. I love it but have found myself rereading certain parts. Tad confusing. The build up for who the villain is has also had me questioning every damn character I’ve been introduced too. At the point, where i half love half get annoyed with Bryce. The tension is good though especially between her and Hunt. More updates to come..

It’s been a little difficult getting into Crescent City, just because I’m still not over Throne of Glass, tbh. I’ve definitely been moving slow. However, the suspense has entered and I’m intrigued. Have heard lots of mixed reviews when it comes to this series, excited and a tad nervous to dive into it… we shall seeeee
