It's Halloween night and the yet to be discovered unknown man feeds off of fear from others. Children trick or treating dressed up in costumes while their parents stay behind admiring. The physicotic man smirks as he's about to make his next move. He pulls out a rifle and starts to shoot at the children while in the midst of the event he fires. My favorite portion of this novel is how the author uses words that doesn't provide direct description. I enjoy this part the most because it leaves the reader to make an assumption of the mysterious events. I like this because it alows me to think beyond the words.
