Teaching people that their sexual urges are an uncontrollable impulse, a force that is outside themselves, and not a part of who and what they are, is a belief that fosters and promotes evil and harm to others. It does not increase the likelihood that they will behave differently; it merely increases the chances that when they do hurt others, they will be convinced that it's not their fault.
