my biggest problem with this is I just KNOW a miscommunication scene is brewing and nothing will change that. They both want the same store, and Maggie wants to buy a store, and idk why Lucas hasn't just asked her where she's thinking of buying. I just feel like a real partner would be "oh, cool, where are you thinking you'll go?" and they're partners so Maggie would trust him not to tell others so???
