I've skimmed some sections that talk about the content of books I have read, but I am greatly enjoying the analysis of how the market for Christian fiction has changed over time and how certain books have interacted with the ideas and theology of others.

Reading this book feels a little like going back to school - it's dryer than the books I have been reading lately, but still very interesting! It asks the reader to some literary criticism muscles which in my case have been dormant a while. Good stuff so far but not going to be quite as quick of a read as I initially expected.
