Have you read The Tao of Pooh? I wouldn't call it a self help, and it is Taoist not Buddhist but might have some similar vibes.

Logan has talked about it but it sounds too fun for me. I have the Tao Te Ching though... Two copies because one was as interpreted by some christian guy so I had to re-buy one without the weirdo commentary.
