“Ghost 1 (after a story about idol culture and bullying): “Anyways, this story too is a downer. We started this to have fun, right?
Ghost 2: I think so. Why does it feel like the mood is getting darker every time we finish a story?”
Oh, so you guys noticed too?

And then it goes into spoof stories, like the unlucky woman not meeting b but turning into the anime-cute boy…and being very pleased at that outcome!

An interlude of spoof stories, which are just adorable: The murdered laundromat husband doing his laundry while wearing blue cloud pajamas instead of his spooky garb; the broom goblin cleaning his house; the two lady ghosts snacking on rice cakes in spicy pepper sauce and organ meat sausage and freaking out the goblin who thinks they’re eating humans; the severed head ghost trying out some superglue…etc.

The concept of ghosts telling human stories is great! The artwork is also pretty cool, with a lot of strong, visually-striking colors and contrasts.

First full story slightly problematic, but effectively creepy. And it IS true that, when it comes to happiness, luck doesn't matter if you aren't in a mental state where you can appreciate and believe in your good fortune!
