This was a DNF a few years ago and I continue to struggle. I think it is because of her surfiet of descriptive writing some quite poetic " boatman were struggling amid the viscous phlegm " and some too overworked " Insat in a peach- psychedelic papered kitchen - living room". The first time around I didn't recognise the therapy session parts- I enjoyed these and the insights they offered the reader.
