On the one hand the execution of Nazi officials by the NT & the truth-seeking restorative justice of the TRC are both widely praised, on the other hand, letting the press and titans of industry get away by the NT, & the inequalities of Apartheid ignored by the TRC are great injustices to avoid.

Energy consumption is down, recycling is up, mining is down, pollution and health issues are down. We're slowly healing the world, but it'll still take a long time to heal.

The Green New Deal is yet another reformist 'solution' that will only expand government power, fuel resource colonialism in the global South, and give a lifeline to capitalism and even eco-fascism. Meanwhile reformist organisations like Extinction Rebellion are doing the same job of the State but outside it.

Liberals and reformists will sell out their own movement, and even destroy it for the sake of 'continuity' 'normalcy' and the status quo.
