I saw some of the books you read, I must say be careful. Now, I am also not sure, even if I bring a kindle to HK, and if there is any books that is sensitive, whether I will be in trouble. For someone who was born and grown up and proud of HK, this ending is really sad and unbelievable. Me and my wife in the past will fly back on any voting, I still remember proudly the 2019 DC voting when I needed to queue the longest time in my life and we have 71% voting rate. No more.

on ebook. i bought 99% of my book and I still love to read physical book. my limited storage space forced me to switch more to ebook, starting from english books. thanks to kindle.
for Chinese books, i still love the printing, the paper stock, the cover design, and most of all, no single dominant ebook system.
book.com ebook can only read on their apps which I refuse and I am a firm believer of e-ink and not reading books on screen.
