This book threw me for a loop. I knew that Matthew's father was a nut, but I was not prepared for the level of crazy that man was. Then we throw in Billy's crazy father just crazy all around. Quaid did his best to keep Matty safe but it just took one mistake too send Matty running. And the things we find out about Billy's family is mind blowing. Just wow all around.
