Lisa is an interesting character. I always find it kind of delightful to read about more mature characters, one closer to my own age, who aren't settled with family and spouse. Usually once you reach a certain age as a book female character, you're only interesting as a character who is single to a certain age and then you're only interesting as someone's mom.
