Glad I can’t remember who gave me this book. Now I can’t hold it against them. Part 2
Instead of worrying about numbers, why don’t you try to deepen the faith of your congregation. Super! I can’t believe no one has ever yet tried to make disciples out of mere church goers. Oh, that’s right, he’s talking to megamega churches which are an assembly of the riffraff stolen from mainline denominations

Unit 3 from attractional church to missional church. The so-called Seeker Service was never seeking new disciples for Christ. It was building a better hipper church. The “missional model” is just as bad. We’re seeking to rebuild the church, by engaging the community to figure out what the community is looking for so, that we can adapt the church to their taste. It’s the same concept just new clients.

I don’t have much, but there’s anything of any use in this book. It was a gift and it’s almost 10 years old now. I can skim it?
