Important book...he is such a humble man! I like that :) he stresses how communication is vital of course and to take this in context, not to possibly hurt others. he has touched on listening, truly active listening as we are all probably guilty at times no doubt of not truly engaging as our minds are elsewhere or as some are as I say, hyperventilating sure just to get their own two cents worth ;)

Thought provoking and insightful....most recent is on loneliness which is quite common indeed. A statement he wrote stood out to me big time; "life is most satisfying when we experience it with others. many of our fondest memories are shared ones"...... oh so true!
