There was so much introductory stuff...but listening to Covey meta-analyze self-improvement literature in the past 200 and divide it between the earlier Character ethic vs the more recent Personality ethic has been incredibly enlightening. I've always sensed that you need to dig deeper to really affect change, and I can sense that Covey is setting me up for tutorials on that.
