So this is the last page listed under Meyer's heading in the index until page 220, which means I give zero fucks about the content from here on out. Except Meyer's not even mentioned on this page. Jake is, but no Meyer. This fucking book.

You've already lost points for making it sound like Meyer took orders from Charlie, but jfc misspelling TLT's author's name as Grosch just shoots your credibility right in the goddamn face
