rereading this gem and realizing I've truly never related to main characters more (sooo concerning). GOD I love this book!!!!!!!!!!!!

if the people sitting next to me at rivarno cafe saw me shed a few tears while drinking my coffee and reading a certain passage of this book no they didn’t

“I was sitting half-asleep in the back of a taxi, remembering strangely that wherever I go, you are with me, and so is he, and that as long as you both live the world will be beautiful to me” 😭

her characters are high key WACK

“And Alice, I do feel like a failure, and in a way my life really is nothing, and very few people care what happens in it. It’s hard to see the point sometimes, when the things in life I think are meaningful turn out to mean nothing, and the people who are supposed to love me don’t” well damn😃😀
