So far an interesting read, but one thing is bothering me. He seems to not take seriously the faith and traditions of the people he is meeting. Spending time with Jews, he said that he had a hamburger, though he really wanted a cheeseburger, but that the Bible verse where the rule that you can’t put cheese on beef is a tragic misinterpretation. Why not just call it an “interpretation” and remove the judgement?
