This is one of those books where it feels like nothing has happened because I couldn't give a rundown of the story so far, but there have actually been a million little things, all of which seem inconsequential. Still don't feel a connection with any of the characters, so it's difficult to feel bad for the women missing their children.

Finally picked this back up because my next book on hold won't be available for a solid month. Still not entirely engaged with this one because I don't feel any connection to any characters.

So far I don't like any of the characters, so I'm having a hard time getting into this.
