As a reader of multiple of Lupa's work, I love how they explain their methods and the ways they explain their knowledge without it claiming it to be the 'Be All End All'...

I thoroughly enjoy Lupa's writing style and their footnotes, and find that Lupa's outlook on the ecosystem of this planet is near my own.
Lupa is out for my heart, as always, and they will end up having it!

As with my other books I have read by Lupa, they do an excellent job at explaining how they have their book laid out, and clarify things right in the beginning so you know what you're getting into. Despite having read several of their books, I always find the way they write to be enjoyable and I only wish there was more audio/video of them guiding meditations or something of the like!
