Although this book is designed to help Unskilled Empaths gains skills in using consciousness, Skilled Empaths can still take a lot from reading this book.

Here are some highlights that have stood while reading this book so far:

On day 11, I have gained more insights in how God is a spiritual resource. I have learned it is impossible to ask too much from God.

Wow! This book is amazing! I read the first version before it become obsolete!

I enjoyed day 6 called body day. I am having a deeper understanding of why one pays attention to their body to improve their skill at having Empath Empowerment. I’m noticing this book is building strong foundations before graduating to book 2 in the series. I can’t wait to read day 7!!

I am on day 3! I had a lovely experience following along with the ‘Be Deep’ exercise!

Even though I am a skilled Empath, revisiting this book has been very educational.

There is so much I have been learning about consciousness.

Now I am starting to have a deeper understanding of the importance consciousness plays in becoming a skilled empath.

There is so much to learn! Looking forward to the next chapter!
