this Author really knows how to set a scene. have to say it was a bit much to start with. the sheer detail he goes into... but as I've gotten through the book I've gotten used to it. this is the first book I've read both in this genre and from this author... felt I should try something new... and seems to be paying off so far. not bad.... onwards I go.
