Contrapoint's 3hr video essay on Twilight makes me not only 1) way more secure in my avid consumption of romance; but 2) feel completely vindicated for my reading the series not once, not twice, but more than 42 times as an adolescent.

I've loved her since her Cancelled video 🎀 I didn't read Twilight, but only because my snobby teenage self was too 'sophisticated' for it (aka, I was watching anime 🤣🤣🤣)

She rocks; I love her Witch Trials of JK Rowling, there are some excellent jokes in there. And it’s okay, anime probably is more sophisticated 🤣 you were definitely the cooler teen!!
