reading this may actually be taking years off my life. The second hand embarrassment is so bad, I'm not sure when I last yelled at a book like this, I may have to skip a few chapters and pray that the mystery aspects saves this a little

I've read YA and even Middle grade but the tone of this one is too much even for me. I'm not bothered with the hair thing though, I too have had the urge to give my chars vibrant hair
