My average rate of respiration is 13 breaths a minute. Even with my lower end heart rate (48-55), that’s basically hyperventilating!

Listening to audiobook on Spotify - there are a few errors/phrasing issues and some out there statements about having ADHD but managing it so well that that you don’t have any symptoms (without actually describing how). Seems unlikely.
