Been wanting to read this. He was such an inspiration in how he led. Legendary. Learning of his death was such a shock.

A friend of mine insisted that I read this story. I don't know much about him, other than he is around our age and grew up in Marin. Fascinating so far.
He has been written about in books like The Culture Code, as an example of how to lead an organization by creating trusting, inclusive culture. I learned a lot from books like this and interviews with him, about how to lead by making it safe for others to be themselves. That's so interesting that you picked it up on a recommendation, not knowing about him!
