Yes, We are reading this first then we will read the Faerie Queene! It's actually been really good so far! When I saw the title "Modern English" I was a little worried but we've been quite delighted and surprised with it!! But we cannot wait to read the real Faerie Queene!!!
No, we read this book a couple years ago and it's AMAZING! It helped SO MUCH with my understanding of the Middle English FQ we read in Medieval Lit this year.
