I'm reading the illustrated edition to my kids and should be done around Christmas. This is the first book I've been asked to return to every single night, and now I'm asked to read while they eat breakfast, before heading to school. There's no thought to cartoons. I have to constantly remind them to eat their cereal as they sit in rapt attention. The look on their faces makes me think I might be ok at this.
