Tall, Dark and Rancid by Gerri Gray. THe killer being stalked by a killer is a common book and movie trope in the horror genre.

Bad Party by Brian McNatt. 80's movie trope embraced... young woman trips and falls while running from the killer. Another nice twist to this one. I won't say I was shocked by the ending, but I liked that it was different.
