Finally found a guy who is open about the nuts and bolts of his livestock operation:
Just a Few Acres Farm.
Even then, he's open that his wife works full time off the farm & a huge benefit they had was inheriting it (7th generation) - so no mortgage to pay off.
Even so, he's open about stuff. Like it took him 10 years to renovate some of the older structures and buildings on the farm.
