Just saw Chonda Pierce on Thursday with my mom and it was honestly a much needed night of fun and laughter. This is my first book of hers that I’ve started reading. As a Christian comedian who suffers with depression I find it very relatable. I’ve been seen as the sweet jokester growing up and even been told recently how happy I appear. But depression can affect even those that appear happy on the outside.
