This book has some of the best King's writing but NOTHING IS HAPPENING! It's almost entirely flashbacks constantly jumping around. There's no cohesive plot, just a bunch of stories and it makes me want to read something else instead. But at the same time while I'm reading it I'm thoroughly enjoying the prose. If only it was shorter.
