this is a book for heterosexual women, which is not a bad thing, but just not as relevant… there was even one point where her best friend (female) said that she “wished sometimes that they could just be in a relationship.” I was like yes yes !!! queer plot twist (I had been rooting for them the whole story), but, alas, they joked about how they weren’t each others “type” (yes, they are straight)

I think this is better to read rather than listen on audiobook. I can tell there’s some formatting that would be important just by how the author is narrating it, but I’m missing seeing those changes since I’m listening
