i don’t particularly appreciate how kaz is once again reduced down to “the devil on snake’s shoulder” and “literally just a foil for ocelot”. i get he’s depressed but omg let him have a little character PLEASEE

praise the honey bee all you want it’s one of the shittiest rocket launchers in the game. idk

y’know theres definitely something to be said about both kaz’s and ocelot’s devotion to this man. like kaz spent the better part of nine years building back towards both him and snake’s dream, and he put his complete trust in the fact snake would rescue him in time. plus the fact that venom snake is a character at all is telling for ocelot

i like how the book also likes to infodump on the politics at the time
