Charlie knows everything about football and he loves discussing it with his best friend Anna. Anna's family owns his favorite team the L.A. Bulldogs. They are the worst team In the league. On their second preseason game Anna invites him to sit in her suite with her family to watch the game. He meets the owner of the team. A few days later Anna convinces Charlie to make a podcast a doubt football and what he knows.

This book has a lot of figurative language. One example of Mike Lupica using figurative language is " Feeling brilliant like he can see the whole day unfolding". Another example is "Joe slowly moved his arm like it had a weight attached to it". The last example is when Charlie tries to get a fumble. It says"scrambling like a crab on the beach

Over the last week in the book Fantasy League a lot of things happened. The Bulldogs won 4 straight games and Charlie played in his football championship game. With the Bulldogs winning 4 straight games, they improved their record to 8-6. . Also Charlie's football team won the championship by 1 point. On defense Charlie read the play and forced a fumble and ran for a touchdown,

The author's tone of my book is sometimes happy and joyful and other parts intense. The tone is happy when he talks to the owner of the Bulldogs and when gets his small football podcast to air on ESPN Radio. The tone is intense when one of his football games go down to the wire. When I am reading I feel jealous because everything is going right for Charlie and he is becoming famous in L.A.
