I chose to read this book for an eighth grade book report nearly 50 years ago. I didn’t read it, but I wrote the book report….based it solely on what was written on the back of the book! Yes, I failed that assignment; I have decided to read it, after all it has horses, murder and an English Country House…couldn’t be better suited.
