Right down to the newspaper trying to smear the hero and portray him as working with the villains, this is Spider-Man.

This is a Spider-Man comic. The costume, the movement, the poses, the banter (which is more annoying). There are also some Daredevil aspects, but overall it's just unmistakeable and distracting how much this was DC creators having a go at Spidey.
