People are saying that bobo - Mr Evans has done things and made it pretty obvious because he admitted to taking the cigarettes and the person who did that killed the owner. and he admitted to selling them to people and they went to the police about it once he told the people he sold them to that he had something to do with it.

Everybody is saying that they did not kill nesbit but also a lot of new people are coming in but they could be possibly lying about what they hard or seen like the lady that was there to get medicine for her grand daughter said that she had heard a argument and left. at the police station before she went to court they showed her pictures and she said that she did not recognize kin until she was there in person.

He is scared of being proven guilty for the murder he did murder the guy that owned the store with his own gun. they were going to go into the store and rob him without any weapons but they did not know that he had a gun with him but the robbers took his gun and one of them shot him.
