My theory rn is that the guy who broke in and tied her up rapes her and tortures her. When Gabriel gets back he unties Alicia and ties Gabriel instead. He then kills Gabriel and flees. Alicia being the one who describes how she felt like she couldn’t talk after the murder makes this ring true. Holy shit, I can’t wait for the end of this book. Also MOTHER FUCKING CHRISTIAN IS DR.WEST???? WHAT THE FUCK MAN 😭

Ok so right now my theory is that the stalker is real and it’s Jean-Felix. But when the man enters the house it’s Gabriel which led to Alicia killing him. As she describes moving the gun to downstairs. Alicia did kill him but it was because she thought Gabriel was the stalker. Or alternatively, the stalker isn’t real and she killed Gabriel cuz she’s going crazy. Idk tho 😭

So so many thoughts. The biggest being did Alicia really do it? And what role does Jean-Felix have in this her story and ultimately the death of Gabrielle? And is he Kathy’s lover???

Holy shit… this book so many turns. Like Alicia thinking it wasn’t suicide of her mother but attempted murder 😟 and then saying she wonders if it’s in her blood too 😟😟😟😟
