Don’t take anything personally

I didn’t realize how much I needed to listen her listing daily life problems and how to fix them

Whenever I step out of my comfort zone, I can't help but feel like I'm not cut out for it, like I'm not smart or capable enough. Apparently, these thoughts are totally normal, but it's still a struggle to push myself and take those necessary steps forward
