Character vs.Character:Conrad and Jessie Lou are having a little bit of mixed feelings for each other.When they where in the hospital they looked at each other with a little bit of love. Once a few weeks past Conrad came to Jessie lou's house and has asked her to go to the dance!She was not really but lucky her she had a sister who was in beauty so she got ready and saw Conrad.They had lots of fun in the dance.

Making Connections: In this story there are any connections to be made with another story named better off friends.Some of the connections are they both start liking boys,they go to a school,to a park,the boy and the girl start hanging out together.But some stuff that are different is that in Better off friends they are in high school and in deep down popular they are in elementary.

Characterization;Everyone had different emotions.In the book for example Jessie Lou feels happy,sad,anxious and in love.Conrad fell happy, sad,axious and angry.Jessie Lou and felt in love because of Conrad.She said that Conrad was cute.But on the other hand Conrad was angry because he did not have his old friends once he came from school.It was ok because he had other friends who didn't leave him and that was enough.

Characterization: In the book the main character are Jessie Lou and Conrad Parker.Jessie feels happy and in love with parker but parker feels sad and he can't quite keep up with his old friend group so he started shanging out whth Jessie lou.Jessie sometimes thinks that they would become a couple with Conrad but ends up being sad because she sometimes thinks that he does not look up at her.

Genre: In this book my genre is mostly about friendship and first love.This most popular boy (Conrad Smith) and this girl who thinks about him (Jessie Lou).But them one day Conrad hurt his leg and went to the hospital.Kids and teachers were worried but then forgot about him.Jessie Lou was assigned to help take his bike home because it had stayed there for a few days.And after they started to hang out more.

Incidinting incident:There is a girl named Jessie and she loves Conrad.She would write him love notes or always let him be in front of her.But then everything changed when his leg started to malfunction.He was not the most popular kid in the school.But once his leg malfunction the popular guys got use to him not being there. Once that incident happened the teacher asked Jessie to walk him home with his bike.
