I am laughing so hard right now

THE TIGHTNESS AND PAIN IN MY CHEST THAT COME AND GO IS ANXIETY?????? Why have I only learnt about this

I need to find a way to make myself years ago to read this bc I know I’d have felt something completely different than now

Basically my nose is so stuffy recently that sometimes I just can’t breathe, especially at nights, which is why I’ve been going to bed unbelievable early
But here I am reading this book with my life on the line and I am not regretting it
