While the previous book I read on child abuse was a lot more difficult to get through (in my opinion), this one is extremely hard to fathom in terms of child sex trafficking. I have never read a true story about this crime…watching things continue to get worse for such a young girl is mind boggling. What she is going through and the lack of aid from the law is just another example of our failing CJ system.
