I truly love this book & it’s such a safe space for me. I’ve taken my time reading and annotating this. It’s always there for me when I need a moment to slow down and look inward. I always get a good lesson and my mind spirals into a new place & I go on a journal writing frenzy. That’s why it’s taking me so long to finish & I have no shame lol. it’s been months since I’ve picked this book up and i’m looking at it now. it’s covered in dirt & god knows what. it has been with me for years, sat next to me in every single backpack & travel bag i’ve ever had, been everywhere from the backroads of texas to the beaches of california. i don’t know what this dirt is or where it came from, but each piece carries with it a piece of who i used to be 🤍
