yamada-kun and the 7 witches (this one is one of my favorite mangas of all time actually) and the cuckoo's fiancé (still ongoing) by yoshikawa miki are pretty good romcoms, her works do have a harem element to them but it's always pretty obvious who the mmc ends up with
