Chapter 9 was about giving God praise for what He has already done and praising him in advance for what He will do.

Chapter 8 was about properly stewarding what God has currently given you. Sometimes we focus so much on the next season that we do not appreciate nor give thanks to God for what He is currently doing and has provided us with.

Chapter 7 was about the glory of God’s promise being for His name’s sake not for our own glory. We must love God for nothing, even if the promise doesn’t happen He is still good.

Chapter 6 was about waiting in expectation. We cannot validate the doubts of the promise God has for us. Believe that if God spoke it then we must wholeheartedly believe. If there is a delay in the promise, then intercede reminding God of His promise to you and quote His Word back to him.

Chapter 5 was about not compromising yourself and settling for the counterfeit version of the promise God has for you. Raniya talked about walking in purity and not being distracted by the flesh. The small sins you allow become big ones but you can always repent because God is a God of grace.

Chapter 4 was about understanding who you are whose you are, know your identity in Christ. During the consecration period, God will set you apart because He wants to birth to some things in you and that requires separation. Sometimes we won’t be able to go to certain places or be around certain people because He has set you apart in this season to do His will.

We live in this world but we are not of this world.

Chapter 3 was about the wilderness aka our isolation period. This is where our foundation is tested and where we go through the fire so it can expose the areas we need God’s grace to empower us to overcome. You have to be willing to die to your fleshly desires/deny yourself so you can pick up your cross and effectively follow Jesus.

Christ is my firm foundation, the rock in which I stand!

The first chapter talks about not being lazy during the waiting season (use the season to truly prepare for the plans God has for you)
