Chapter 22. I am enjoying reading this book. Some of it has reminded me of situations during the Socialist era of my mission in Chile 1972-1974. We experienced very little of the shortages and resultant long lines. Unfortunately most of the unbearable waiting in long lines was borne by the families with whom we boarded.
I am anxious to complete this reading. I don't have anything else behind it, but I'll find it.

I have spent most of my unoccupied time in a post-stroke rehabilitation hospital reading about situations and adventures in a world that I had not previously imagined. I am more convinced than ever before that I must suppress any Marxist-Leninist ideas that I encounter.
