Whoops! Didn’t see this till now lol. Honestly, it’s a fine book, I’m just not sure if YA fantasy is a genre I particularly enjoy. I want to keep giving it a try, but so far all the books I’ve read of it have been a meh for me. Six Crimson Cranes is a pretty solid story! I wish I had liked it more than I did, but it is what it is. I hope you enjoy the story more than I :)

That makes sense! Sometimes a genre just doesn’t hit right, but might for someone else! I picked it up secondhand for cheap so I don’t mind if it's not mindblowing lol
