This starts quite differently than the first two in the series, though between tis and the last book in is clear that Ms. LaViolette likes the ugly hot guys. No shade, I get it, but it is funny how much ink she spends reminding us that no one could ever describe Hugo or Joss (MMC from book 2) as handsome. So far this is very intriguing
