I just want to share that I went to bet ad 22h and went to read 'just a few chapters before I go to sleep', and preceeded to read for about 2h-2h30 hours... When I went to cofirm that I did indeed only read for about 2h-2h30 hours... I was past 5h30. It was, of course, a work day.
